Talk of the Week: Try something new for 30 days

The next 30 days will pass for you, for me, for all of us. The question is how do they pass. The 30-days-model seems to be a wonderful psychologically perfectly chosen time frame to try new things out, add a new habit or subtract a habit — like watching the news, eating sugar. This experiment is easy to do and we actually encourage you to PLEASE TRY THIS EXPERIMENT AT HOME
